Games / Welcome to the Salty Spittoon, how tough are ya?
« on: August 02, 2016, 12:48:26 AM »
Simply, try and seen tough enough to get into the Spittoon. Say a tough thing and the other user shall dictate if that would warrant an entrance.
UserABC: I ate a bowl of nails...without any milk.
OtherUserABC: Come right in.
I took on a gym in Pokémon Go with a Pokémon 100 CP less than the first Pokémon in the gym.
UserABC: Hm. I dunno, find a way to get in while staying out simultaneously!*
I once went parasailing and didn't scream.**
OtherUserABC: Pfft! I enjoy riding the winds of the sky, not try and restrain screams like a nooblet! Get out!***
*a user once said this on another forum, I loved it so I had to put it in.
**parasailing is where you use a parachute-like thing to fly above what is usually a water resort. I've once been on one and will never go on another for the rest of my whole damn life.
***whoever gets this reference will have a free access to the spittoon.
I'll start.
I refuse to give a reason to get into the Spittoon all while trying to get in!

Person 1: Go make me some toast.
Person 2: *stuffs pillow up shirt* But I'm pregnant!
Go do your homework.
Person 1: But I want to climb the fridge!
Alright, lemme start.
Wash the dog.

The Books / Warriors Logic
« on: August 01, 2016, 04:04:35 AM »
Here you can just say stuff that never made sense to you in Warriors. Like Pokémon Logic (you know, scientifically crafted thing heal less than a regular water bottle) but Warriors.
I'll start with this:
Cinderpelt injures a single leg. Becomes a medicine cat because there is obviously no chance she can become a warrior. (and also artists out there; LEARN HOW TO DRAW HER LEG CORRECTLY. )
Briarlight is totally paralysed from the waist down. Becomes a warrior because obviously she can still become one despite being unable to have kits.

Cards of the Clans / Buying common cards for 70-90 prey points!
« on: July 31, 2016, 05:47:28 AM »
The title says it all. More specifically, I would like these cards;
- Ashfur
- Brook X Storm
- Boulder
- Brokenstar
- Fireheart
- Feathertail
- Hollypaw
- Gray X Millie
- Heather X Lion
- Littlecloud
- Rusty
- Willowpaw
Red text - Preferred most. Will give 90 prey points.
Blue text - Preferred. Will give 85 prey points.
Green text - Least preferred. Will give 70 prey points.
Not listed - Indifferent. Will give 70 prey points.
Note - Any "Name X Name" cards are the "Name/Name" cards. I ship these charries, so...

The Books / Re: The Ideal Starclan
« on: July 31, 2016, 02:03:25 AM »
Yeah that I think is the major concern, is the consistency

As for the cats who actually do things, well personally I've always imagined that Starclan has a sort of "council" of cats who had a lot of influence (leaders, deputies, and whatnot) who do the decision making, with the rest of the cats in Starclan having less influence (or maybe some of them don't care? Which would make for some interesting plot) Also it seems medicine cats pretty much always have some sort of influence, especially towards the current living medicine cats. Would be interesting to see any of this more explained or expanded upon because we really don't know what sort of system they have going on!
Yep. Sounds cool!
I've imagined there is also different StarClans, like if a kittypet dies there'd be a place with fluffy pillows and strokes and naps and toys. If a loner dies, they can be in their own territory. Clan territories are blocked by a wall of mist but if authorised by a cat in the "Council" they can walk through the barrier. By the council deciding authorisation, they'd have an analysis and talk about what happened in their life and if this cat would be a danger. Then there would be a vote. By a vote, I guess the council would use rocks and put a stick in the middle and the cats would put their rocks on the side where you support or not support them coming in. (like how Greeks voted, actually. They used beans. White beans for support, brown for against. Put in a bag then counted after Greek "assemblies", which every free person had the right to attend.) Or going to one side or the other, like the tribe did in

Spoilers for Po3 Book 3.
I think that that's what they did in Tallstar's Revenge manga. I also think Ravenpaw would do this with Barley often, assuming Barley is dead. In fact, I bet just a little bit after RF Barley died.
Maybe there'd be different levels of councils. Like, say, a lower council, middle council and upper council. Or maybe Clan councils then an InterClan Council. InterClan councils would have really important people, like Yellowfang, Bluestar, Firestar, Tallstar, Cinderpelt, etc etc etc. so important they can't be in just their own council.
Look at me, just building up on an idea and not really talking about the main idea established by the OP. Great.

Updates / Re: Shutdown of the Warriors Official Forums
« on: July 30, 2016, 10:25:21 PM »
I really never liked it. I found a lot of off-topic people. You could go into the "Power of Three" section and there'd be a thread about someone who wanted to talk about how they liked Megara from Hercules, then justify it by making the last sentence a Warriors-related one. You also couldn't make a debate like "Is Hollyleaf a good character or not?" without having your debate being shot down in a hour.
For me, I also didn't like how older people attacked the newer RP'ers. Let them have their fun. It doesn't affect you if someone knows the difference between "strait" and "straight" or not.
So yeah, I'm off to celebrate.

Introductions / Hoi! I'm Neon!

Despite what it seems, I hate Undertale, not because it's "cancer" or "autism". Simply, the story did nothing for me (call me heartless, but I truly did not feel a speck of warmth or shed a tear during the best ending. Just sat there and read.) the controls are clunky, the characters are annoying and it seems like a "Friendship is magic" lesson. We have a whole TV show about it, I don't need another lesson.
I'm Neon, a Sydney-sider Warriors fan, but I have loved Pokemon (my neat freak wants accent letter but I can't because apparently accents are idiots) for a much longer time.
My favourite book has to be either Rising Storm, or The Sight. Rising Storm because of how Cloudpaw gets taken away and Fireheart's emotional arc begins to resolve itself (and also Yellowfang dying I cried for 5 minutes after finishing that chapter) and The Sight, for the fact everything's spoonfed to you for the first chapters then when the secret's out that Jaykit is blind it just struck me off guard. At first I thought Po3 was going to be my least favourite arc, then Jayfeather scoots over into the spotlight and makes it my favourite arc!
Of course, Jayfeather is my favourite cat of all but some of my favourites are Brightheart, Cloudtail, Firestar, Bluestar, Tigerstar, Brambleclaw, Squirrelflight and Yellowfang. Tawnypelt is also cool methinks. (Methinks is not a word but I have used it for three years on end, you can't stop me.)
Deviating away from Warriors, I have a happy little family of budgies consisting of Sunshine, his mate Cheeky and their 4-month old baby Aqua. Despite being 4 months old Aqua looks very much like an adult bird. I have a 6-year-old Australian cattle dog named Echo who I will forever be frustrated because in dog games people don't realize they exist, so I always either have to pick another dog and give it a hypothetical name or sub an Australian cattle dog for a Doberman. Hashtag MakeAustralianCattleDogsGetNoticed. As I said in the intro, I play Pokemon, my favourite line of games being B/W and my favourite pokemon being Meowstic, specifically, the female variety. I play GO, but waiting for Sun and Moon. Hashtag TeamRowlet, Hashtag TeamSun.
I guess I should sign off. If you read this, I love you.
