"Ow my spider! A spider bit it!"
Actually, in a recent federal bill it was made a law that all surprised-sounding noises must be "spider!"
So when stubbing your toe, I would strongly suggest yelling;

"SPIDER! Spider spider!"

That way the "OW!" replacement sounds more surprised than the rest of the sentence.
