Alright, I've taken a bit of time and with Scary's help I'm going to point out a couple things and then make a couple revisions.
The feathers that will be rewarded for the contributions will be different from the main Content Contribution feathers, and will in fact be brand new feathers with different names and purposes. Content Contribution is reserved for those who have made markedly significant contributions.
Instead of making this into a competition, this was intended to give life to the Warriors discussion boards. Therefore, there will be criteria on what makes a viable discussion thread. The point is to reward contribution, not to create a system where people go for the gold by creating shoddy material for show.
I've taken some of your feedback into consideration as well. At the end of this month, rewards will be granted to members for their previous contributions (all of the posts made before the first of November). These rewards will be separate from the future rewards and are there to make sure that people don't feel left out for what they've already done.
Starting from November 1st, all new threads and posts will be eligible for the rewards outlined in the first post. But the twist is that instead of being requested, the rewards will be tallied (by me, the rest of the modmins, and/or Scary) and prizes given according to how viable/discuss-able the content.
