I'd think ideally being in a clan/tribe shouldn't change the rank at all, and it should still be based on post count, but there's no setting for that (a membergroup has to have its own star rank) which was why I kind of set it at 4 just to compromise. I can change it back if everyone wants though. I just think it shouldn't have been five stars in the first place because everybody can join a group.

I'm gonna address the only small issue I have with Lake Theme Great Theme
avatars are slightly cut off due to sizing issues

lake theme is so nice tbh... the buttons are so pretty... if only the menu bar wasn't too long to fit...

Well I hit the button that puts all the menus on the side probably because i figured this out a long time ago that it's fine if you do that

so the first img is the profiles if you have the menus set to the side

OHhh okay that makes sense. i was wondering how it could look so vastly different. like. no difference in screen res or size should do that

anyway I think I fixed it :') way to go @ me for having an avatar that makes it difficult to check. it will now resize things to
max-width: 160px;
   max-height: 240px;
if they're bigger than that!

(if it's not showing as fixed, try hard refreshing. i've had to hard refresh everything so much i don't remember how to refresh normally)

@Sunneth I hard refreshed a couple times and I'm still seeing this, with the little scroll bar? Is that intentional...? I also see it on my profile as well, and I have my menu bar up at the top.

@Lightning oops, yeah, I made the avatars bigger for the forum but they're a bit wider than the profile now :x

nostalgia skin update, I changed the toolbar at the top to also have the star banner but I'm worried it might be kind of hard to see? I also increased the font as big as it'll go without spilling over the edge, which is a size closer to what the forum uses.

I can change it back to the original image if it is too hard to see, or if anybody else has any ideas?

i don't think it's too hard to see although personally i think kind of preferred how it looked before. like idk it seems like a lot of the star banner maybe?

yeah it is definitely a lot of star banner. I felt like the old color didn't really match since it was gray/black and this skin is very brown-tan-based but I couldn't make it look a better color :P
also it's too bright to stick out that far under the banner, so I'll put the old one back

hmm.. i tried to see if i could make a gradient closer to the forum colors

Didn't get a chance to respond to this, but what exactly made it go bonkers? Was the sidebar with the avatar just not the right size??? Or was it the avatars themselves? Because I know on the default theme, they looked just fine- it was only on this one that they looked different... and I'm so used to using square avatars (like 100x100, 125x125, ect), that I've rarely ever seen something like this...

EDIT: there are also those lovely diamond symbols with the question marks almost all over the place. Is that just because of the text used??

Yeah, the little profile box wasn't big enough for the max-width the avatars were set to. I wanted to make the avatars bigger so I made them about as wide as the forum and I didn't think about the profile at all :P

I don't know what broke all the characters, I haven't looked into it yet ;_;

The only thing that I can think of is maybe just the simple fact the theme has symbols and letters that the forum doesn't like? I know we had this issue when things were copied from word...so it might be the same case here?

yeah, I have no idea what they are, though.... this nostalgia theme is copied/ported over from the Scratch variations (catscratch and forest scratch) and they don't have broken characters so I have no idea what I did @_@
The little one after the "Report to moderator" doesn't seem to be a character at all on the other two? and the ones around the "Reply # at" time ones are just little double << and >>, the latter of which works fine on the navigations above/below the forum posts...
(the Warrior's Wish » Administration » S&Q thing, and the "previous/next" buttons too)

it is truly a mystery...
it doesn't like them in this post, either, but they're fine in the non-post places i mentioned
